Biography
Kent Ellington, M.D., is an associate professor of neurology and has been the program director for the Neurology Residency since 2011. Ellington is board-certified in neurology and vascular neurology and is a neuro-hospitalist at Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas at Austin.
Ellington’s interests include teaching, delirium, anoxic encephalopathy and conversion disorder. He received the Golden Apple Award for best neurology resident teacher in 2017 and has been named “Super Doctor” in Texas Monthly from 2010 to 2018.
His outside hobbies include hiking, fly fishing and photography.
