Biography

Michael Soileau, M.D., FAAN, a movement disorder neurologist at Texas Movement Disorder Specialists in Georgetown, Texas, is dedicated to advancing the field through his clinical practice, research and education. As a site principal investigator, he actively participates in clinical trials to explore innovative treatments for movement disorders in addition to traveling both regionally and nationally to speak on movement disorders. He also shares his expertise with future generations of health care professionals, both students and residents, as a clinical assistant professor and clerkship director at Texas A&M College of Medicine and faculty at Dell Medical School. Beyond his professional roles, Soileau is a passionate advocate for his peers and patients, currently serving as the President of the Texas Neurological Society.
